Effective 18 September 2026 · applies to the iOS app “Pixheld Battle Lobby” (bundle id com.pixbattle.lobby.pix)
Pixheld Battle Lobby is a turn-based squad tactics game. It has no user accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no third-party SDKs, and we do not sell your personal data. Everything the game needs is stored on your device and the game works fully offline.
To remember your progress between launches the app saves the following in its private storage on your device only:
| Data | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Champion roster, gear, cores and shards | Game progression |
| Circuit stages, stars, arena rating, daily gauntlet results | Game progression |
| Achievements, daily contracts and day streak | Game progression |
| Scan Forge results (8 colour values and a 16×16 grid of palette indices, about half a kilobyte) | Your forged champions, commander portrait and lobby banner |
| Music, sound, haptics, Reduce Flourish and Auto Strike settings | Settings |
None of this is sent to us or to anyone else. It is removed when you use Codex → Settings → Your data → Reset everything or delete the app. It may be included in your own iCloud or computer backups under the settings you choose for iOS backups.
The app asks for camera access only when you use the Scan Forge to photograph something, and opens the system photo picker when you choose a picture from your library. The picker runs outside the app and hands over only the single image you select; the rest of your library is never read.
The image is centre-cropped, scaled to a 16×16 grid and reduced to eight colours in memory on your device. Only those colour values and the grid are kept. The photograph itself is discarded immediately, is never written to disk and is never sent anywhere. You can delete any scan from Forge → Scan Forge → Scan archive.
You can refuse or revoke camera access at any time in iOS Settings; the rest of the game works without it.
If you contact us through the support page, we receive the email address, reason and message you enter, together with the technical data any web request carries (IP address, browser User-Agent, time of the request). We use this only to answer your request and delete it once the request is resolved, unless we must keep it to meet a legal obligation.
The app does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites, does not access the advertising identifier and does not show ads. We do not sell or rent your data. We may disclose information only if required by law or to protect the security of the service.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA) you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or to object to its processing. Game data lives only on your device, so you control it directly. For anything we hold, such as support messages, send a request through the support page.
The game is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through the support form, contact us and we will delete it.
If our practices change, this page will be updated and the effective date above will change.
